How a visit works

Step 1: Pick your launderette
Choose a staffed partner shop near you. It becomes your home shop.
Step 2: Book a slot
Reserve a washer, and a dryer if your plan has one, up to seven days ahead.
Step 3: Show your code
Staff scan it, confirm your machine and start it with you.
Step 4: Wash it yourself
Bring your laundry, take it home. No collection, no delivery.

Units reset on your renewal date and don't roll over. Detergent, large machines and extra dryer time aren't included.
