We collect only what we need to run your membership.

What we collect

Your name, email, plan, bookings and visit records. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Your home launderette sees your first name and booking details so staff can start your machine. Nothing is sold to third parties.

You can ask us to export or delete your data. Some payment records are kept for the period required by law.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies are used.
